Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances: if the product is damaged during delivery, if there is a product fault, or if you have not received the item within 30 days of advance payment. To initiate a refund, the product must first be received at our warehouse. Once we receive the items in a fresh, unused, and new condition, you can expect the refund to be processed within 5-7 business days.
